Arenes Group employees volunteer not only in the office and at construction sites but in every area where society needs them. Our Employee Volunteer Programs provide a platform for team members to mobilize their professional skills and individual energies for social benefit.

Throughout the year, our employees make a difference in various fields, from environmental cleaning events to technical mentoring for students, and from elderly care visits to local infrastructure repair projects. Annual paid leave is granted for volunteering activities; team spirit and a sense of belonging are strengthened through these programs.
