LocationISTANBUL Project Area11,500 m2 Year2017 - 2018 Installed Power1.6 MVA About Project The Headquarters Building of the international pharmaceutical giant Bayer, with an area of 11,500 m², has been modernized in line with our group's superior technology and design criteria. The aim of the project is to provide a more efficient and comfortable working environment for employees and to bring office areas in line with the requirements of today's business world. In this context, a comprehensive electrical infrastructure based on energy efficiency was created and all electronic systems were integrated with the automation infrastructure. This technological infrastructure, renewed to high engineering standards, enabled the building to qualify for the Leed Gold Certificate. The installation and commissioning of 0.4 kV Low Voltage (L.V.) Systems and all low current systems have been successfully completed by our group on a turnkey basis, providing Bayer Headquarters Building with a modern, functional, and sustainable working environment.
