Within the TAMEK Food Facilities located in Salihli, Manisa, the renewal of all electromechanical and automation systems of the existing treatment plant with a capacity of 5,000 m³/day, along with the electromechanical works and construction management of the second-stage treatment plant with a capacity of 9,000 m³/day, were successfully carried out by our company.
As a result of the works, the total treatment capacity of the facility was increased to 14,000 m³/day. In addition, thanks to the flexibility provided in the design, it was foreseen that the new facility could operate to treat 8,000 m³/day with advanced biological processes, and the necessary infrastructure was prepared accordingly.
By integrating both facilities into an advanced biological treatment process, it is aimed to reach a total advanced biological treatment capacity of 12,000 m³/day, thus enabling the facility to meet the current and future treatment needs of the region with a sustainable structure.
